Build a full-stack Leasing Management Application that simplifies rental operations by replacing spreadsheet-based tracking with a centralized digital platform.

In this capstone project, you'll implement tenant application workflows, lease creation and renewals, rent schedules, payment tracking, and maintenance request management. You'll use React.js to build the frontend, FastAPI and Pydantic to develop and validate backend APIs, and PostgreSQL to store and manage application data.

You'll also implement essential business rules, prevent conflicting apartment allocations and overlapping leases, manage outstanding payments, and write automated tests using pytest and Vitest.
